      How to manually enable tax exempt status on the MW Components/Hypercoils website

      The following instructions describe the process for enabling tax exempt status on the website which is now managed solely in Visual and automatically synchronized with the web.

      1. Terms and tax exempt status are managed solely in Visual. If a customer's email is listed as a contact under a Customer ID in Visual that has terms and/or tax exempt status enabled, those settings will be extended automatically to the website
      2. Therefore, enabling terms and tax exempt status is as simple as associating the customer with the correct account in Visual and ensuring that account is configured correctly.
