Here are instructions for resetting an e-commerce customer password
You can send a manual link to reset for the target customer this way, or force an email reset link to send. Follow these instructions:
- Log in to craft commerce by navigating to https://www.mwcomponents.com/mwicdo
- Go to “commerce>customers on the left navigation
- Click the name of the customer in the users column
- On the right hand side of the user’s account page, you will see a cog icon with a down arrow. Click it to expose a menu of options
- From here you can either force a password reset email, or copy a password reset URL. If you are going to go with the second option, please make sure you have verified the customer’s identity and are confident it is the owner of the account.
